Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • 📸 Take photos of the issue
  • 📧 Email us within 7 days at sales@trippymushroom.ca
  • Include your order number and details

We’ll review and issue a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, contact us at sales@trippymushroom.ca. We’ll investigate and reship or refund if necessary.

No Returns on Opened Products

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Cancellations

Before shipping: Full refund.

After shipping: Cannot cancel once shipped.
